Use a damp sponge with a little washing-up liquid if necessary, then wipe with a soft cloth. Glass surfaces are best cleaned with glass cleaner: simply spray the surface and wipe with a soft cloth or absorbent paper towel. Do not clean with rough cloths that may scratch the glass. Use coasters to prevent your dishes and especially your cutlery from damaging the tray.
