Use a damp sponge and, if necessary, a little washing-up liquid, then wipe with a soft cloth. Granite surfaces clean very well with glass cleaner: simply spray this onto the surface and wipe with a soft cloth or absorbent paper towel. Do not use rough cloths, as they may scratch the granite. Don't forget to protect your surfaces from coasters, candleholders or any decorative objects that could cause permanent aureoles and scratches.
